Want to show the jury a 3D of a fracture? Ask us how! When available we have the technology to print 3D anatomy parts for experts and/or witnesses to be able to explain their testimony to the Jury.

VIDEO DEPOSITION SYNCHRONIZATION AND CLIPS CUTTING
We professionally synchronize video deposition and create playback video multi-clips to be played in court (after the Court rules on objections) as well as provide the equipment to play it with, if necessary.

ABOUT DENISSE HIGGINS
Asap Trial Technologies was founded by Denisse Higgins on 2011 who has dedicated herself to the legal industry since the young age of 17. She started as a clerk at Miami-Dade County Criminal Jury Pool and has since had positions of receptionist, legal secretary, paralegal and Trial Consultant at Sanction Solutions.
She is an experienced trial consultant specializing in litigation support and trial services. Her background as a certified paralegal and Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies with a Minor in Information Technology enhances her approach to all trial projects. She has been working in the legal field for over twenty years, specializing in commercial litigation, insurance defense, complex litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, construction defect and employment law, as well as legal matters regarding aviation and real estate.
Through her extensive experience in many different types of litigation, Denisse has fine-tuned the core trial consulting skills including trial presentation strategy, development and implementation, technical support at trial and courtroom presentation. Denisse is also an expert in audiovisual equipment installation and management, electronic exhibit preparation, video services support, and graphic design.
Trial Consultant Engagements:
In her career as a Trial Consultant, Denisse has worked on multiple large complex litigation cases including: Core Wealth Management v. Ronald Heller, (employment contract dispute), wherein she worked with plaintiffs counsel in a three month jury trial. Plaintiff received a favorable jury verdict. She was chosen to work with the defense counsel for Hayward v. Del Webb, (construction defect), in a jury trial which lasted 7 months. And many more cases...
